Situated down a private lane, Red Deer Cottage offers breathtaking sea views overlooking Ballinakill Bay and Tully Mountain. The kitchen, dining and living area is a bright spacious open plan with wooden beams. Three clean luxurious bedrooms downstairs and the master bedroom upstairs offer stunning views. With an exceptionally well-kitted kitchen, wood burning stove, large flat-screen TV, Sky+ HD, DVD, surround sound, free wi-fi & separate hi-fi system upstairs, you will find it hard to leave the cottage!

Outside there is a wooden wind-shielded deck, dining furniture & BBQ - perfect for quiet al fresco dining with a picturesque view. It is very close to Letterfrack village (shops, pubs & restaurants), Connemara National Park, Kylemore Abbey, Clifden and Cleggan.

This delightful new cottage is cheerful and bright - just like its owner who, along with her sister, is a well-known traditional Irish fiddle player. Children are warmly welcome here. A baby's cot is available. The front garden is a large and safe area for kids to play in. This is a strictly non-smoking property.

Facilities

Red Deer Cottage has four bedrooms. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite. Downstairs there is one king size bedroom which is ensuite, one double bedroom, and a twin room with two single beds. Sleeps 8 in total. Travel cot is available.

All modern appliances including fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc.

Comfortable open-plan living area with wood-burning stove.

For entertainment there is a large flat-screen smart TV, Netflix enabled,Sky+ HD, DVD, radio, CD player, CDs and books.

Upstairs den with separate hi-fi system and smart TV with Netflix. Overlooks living area below.

Free WIFI available to all guests.

Large bathroom with bath and shower (also two ensuites).

Bed clothing and towels included.

Outside there is a wooden wind-shielded deck area, barbeque and seating.

Scenic views of Ballinakill Bay, Tully Mountain and Diamond Mountain.
