Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.
Enjoy a spacious rural villa of 140 m² with 3 bedrooms that comfortably accommodate 8 people, perfect for families or groups of friends. The house offers a master bedroom, one with two single beds and another with four additional beds, along with two bathrooms with shower and one with a bathtub for greater comfort. The independent kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more, makes it easy to prepare your favourite meals. The living-dining room is spacious and bright, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventures.
Outside, you will find a sunny terrace with a table, chairs, sun loungers and barbecue, perfect for enjoying the sun and views of the Sierras. In addition, the private pool invites you to cool off and disconnect in a quiet and rural environment. The villa has a covered terrace that can be used both for outdoor dining and covered parking for two cars. With air conditioning and heat pump heating throughout the accommodation, the stay will be pleasant at any time of the year.
The location is unbeatable: just 4 km from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande, with multiple supermarkets 3 km away and a wide variety of nearby shops. Additionally, it is 25 km from the beaches of Fuengirola and a short distance from golf courses, water parks and attractions such as Tívoli World in Benalmádena. The villa offers mountain and garden views on a fenced plot, ensuring privacy and security, ideal for families with children.
