Ideal for those seeking comfort and proximity to the sea, it is situated in a beautiful community with well-maintained gardens and a communal swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Additionally, it includes a numbered parking space in the rate and access via lift or stairs.

The apartment stands out for its 8 m² terrace with outdoor furniture, from where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the sea and the mountain.
