Welcome to this spacious apartment in Manilva, located just 450 metres from the sandy beach and the charming Duquesa harbour, where you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants and cafés. Here you stay in a perfect location to enjoy both beach life, coastal walks and local experiences, with easy access to Sotogrande, Estepona and Marbella via the main road just outside the community.
The apartment has two large bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. From one of the bedrooms, there is a French balcony with a view of the Duquesa golf course and pool area, and from the other bedroom, there is a small cosy balcony with café furniture, perfect for a quiet moment with morning coffee or an evening drink.
On the same floor are the kitchen, dining room and living room with direct access to the large balcony, where outdoor furniture for four people awaits. Here you can enjoy dinners with a view of the golf course and pool area, or simply relax and take part in the soothing atmosphere. Manilva est une belle ville faisant partie de la province de Malaga dans la communauté autonome d'Andalousie. Elle est entourée d'une mer de vignobles et son centre est situé à seulement 2 kilomètres de la mer.
Parmi ses monuments à visiter absolument, il y a le château de la Duquesa, et l'église Santa Ana. Il s'agit également d'un excellent endroit pour la pratique du golf. Bien sûr, ne repartez pas sans déguster les délicieux poissons frais de la localité : daurade, rouget, mérou, thon, sardines au four...
Vous profiterez évidemment de la proximité avec les plages andalouses baignée par la Méditerranée pour aller vous relaxer, vous reposer sur le sable ou vous initier aux activités aquatiques telles que la voile, le windsurf ou encore le kite-surf.
